    RasDashaN nennt sich die sechsköpfige Formation aus Ingolstadt, die 2001 gegründet wurde und in der jetzigen Konstellation seit 2009 besteht. Seitdem haben sie ihre außerordentliche Bühnenpräsenz bei rund 250 Auftritten in Deutschland, Schweiz und Österreich unter Beweis gestellt und das mit Party-Garantie..... Die "Rootz Scientists" sind benannt nach dem höchsten Berg Äthiopiens, Ras Dashan, was soviel heißt wie: "Der große Obhutbewahrer"..... Conscious Rootshall ist wohl die treffendste Bezeichnung des typischen RasDashaN Sounds. Der von Rootsreggae, Dub, Funk, Latin, Ska und Dancehall stark beeinflusste Stil zwingt, in rockige Beats gepackt, die müdesten Beine unweigerlich zum Tanzen, und macht die positiven Vibes dieser unverwechselbaren Musikrichtung nicht nur hörbar, sondern auch deutlich spürbar..... Durch ihren charakteristischen eigenen Style, und den anspruchsvollen Texten, begeistern RasDashaN nicht nur Reggaefreunde, sondern sprechen auch Zuhörer aus vielen anderen Bereichen an. They have been existing since 2009 in the present formation. The "Roots Scientists" are named after Ethiopia's highest mountain, Ras Dashan. .... During the last years they have been proving their extraordinary stage presence in more than 250 gigs all over Germany, Switzerland and Austria - with party-guarantee..... Over and above they rocked all contests in the county of Ingolstadt and won, amongst under, the "Audi-Star-Title" as well as the prize for the "Best Band of Bavaria" in 2004. "Conscious Rootshall" is probably the most striking synonym for the typical RasDashaN Sound. That kind of Style, impacted by Rootsreggae, Dub, Ska and Danceshall packed in rocking beats, forces even the most tired legs to dance. RasDashaN make the positive vibes of a distinctive style hearable and, in fact, noticeable. Not only Reggae-fans are taking a fancy to the sound of RasDashaN but also other listeners - due to their characteristical style and their demanding lyrics.
